1. Welcome to AI Speak
These Terms govern your use of AI Speak’s website, iOS application, real-time AI speaking practice, transcripts, feedback, progress tracking, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country. You are responsible for your Google or Apple account, for activity under your AI Speak account, and for keeping your devices secure. Do not share access or attempt to impersonate another person.
3. AI speaking practice
AI responses and feedback are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. AI Speak is an educational practice tool, not a certified language assessment, teacher, therapist, legal adviser, or emergency service. Use your judgment before relying on generated content.
4. Subscriptions and trials
Eligible users may receive one three-day trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription renews at the price shown during checkout. Weekly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle acts as merchant of record for web purchases; App Store terms apply to iOS purchases.
5. Acceptable use
You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or circumvent limits of the service; upload unlawful or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; or use AI Speak to violate another person’s rights. We may restrict accounts that create security, legal, or operational risk.
6. Your content
You retain rights in what you say. You give AI Speak the limited rights needed to transmit, process, store, and analyze transcripts for providing conversations, feedback, progress, safety, and support. Raw microphone audio is not stored by the AI Speak backend.
7. Availability and termination
We may change or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or suspend access where necessary. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Sections that logically survive termination remain effective.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
