Common questions
My microphone is not working
Open your browser’s site settings, allow microphone access, then reload the practice page. Close other apps that may be using the microphone.
My purchase is still syncing
Keep the success page open for a moment, then use Refresh subscription in Settings. Webhook updates can occasionally take a few minutes.
I signed in but my iPhone subscription is missing
Make sure you used the same Google or Apple account on both devices, then refresh subscription status.
How do I delete a conversation?
Open Conversations, choose an entry, and use Delete conversation. The transcript and feedback for that session will be removed.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your identity before deletion begins.
