Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026 · MVP draft—review by qualified legal counsel is required before production launch.
1. What we collect
We process account identifiers and profile details from Google or Apple, your language preferences and goals, subscription status, conversation transcripts, generated feedback, practice activity, device/session security metadata, and limited technical diagnostics.
2. Voice and transcript handling
Your microphone audio travels directly from your device to Google Gemini Live for real-time processing. AI Speak does not record or store raw microphone audio on its backend. Completed text turns are stored so you can review transcripts, receive feedback, and track progress.
3. Why we process data
We use data to authenticate you, provide and secure conversations, personalize practice, generate feedback, measure your progress, enforce usage limits, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, and comply with law.
4. Service providers
We use providers including Google and Apple for sign-in, Google Gemini for AI conversations, RevenueCat and Paddle or Apple for subscriptions, and infrastructure/error-monitoring providers. These providers process data under their own terms and our applicable agreements.
5. Retention
Transcripts, feedback, and progress remain until you delete an individual conversation or request account deletion. Security and billing records may be retained longer where required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
6. Your choices
You can update practice preferences, delete conversations, sign out, manage your subscription, or request deletion of your account from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or export personal data.
7. Security and international processing
We use encryption in transit, short-lived service tokens, access controls, and data minimization. No system is completely secure. Data may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate protections where required.
8. Contact
For privacy requests, use the support page and clearly identify the account email involved.
